学校如何开发校本课程

摘    要:校本课程的出现反映了世界课程行政主体多元化的发展趋势,也是我国教育应对知识经济挑战,培养高素质创新人才的要求。它与国家课程、地方课程构成了互为补充的“三级课程体系”。校本课程使校长和教师由课程的实施者转变成课程的开发者、设计者。如何开发校本课程,并通过校本课程促进学生学习、促进学生综合能力的提高,这就需要我们在校本课程的开发中注意决策的民主开放和地方资源的充分利用,并纠正对校本课程认识上的偏差.实现学生在“自主、探究、合作”的学习中成长。

Abstract:The appearance of a school' s own curriculun reflects the trend of pluralization of the main administrative body of international curriculum. It is also a challenge of knowledge economy China's education faces and a demand to train highly qualified talented creative persons. It forms, together with national curriculum and rural curriculum, a mutually complementary "three - stage - curriculum system". A school' s own curriculum turns the school master and teachers from practitioners of the curriculum into the developers and designers.How to develop a school's own curriculum and open decision and fully utilize rural resources in developing the school's own curriculum and the students grow in the "initiative, explorative and cooperative"study.
