| 摘 要： | 探究跨国公司技术外源化趋势的根源,认为企业技术创新过程中的两难悖论既是导致这种趋势的内在组织原因,也是制约企业技术创新效率的关键因素。分析技术创新两难产生的原因及实践特征;探讨解决技术创新两难问题的不同路径及实际效应。论证构建与我国自主创新任务和使命相适应的企业组织体系之必要性。

| Abstract: | The paper explored the origin that the multi-national corporation increasingly use external technology,regarding the antino- my of enterprise technological innovation as not only the internal organizational factors that lead to the tendency,but also the key factors to restrict the efficiency of technological innovation.The reasons and features of innovation antinomy was analyzed,followed by the re- search on different paths to solve this problem and corresponding practical effect.At last,it was proved that the necessity to establish the enterprise organizational system,corresponding with China's task and mission of independent innovation. |
