| Abstract: | China education is now at the important strategic period in the new era. Facing the critical period of history, using the scientific outlook on development, and from the perspectives of the basic position of education in the construction of modernizations and the education＇s leading and overall functions, we must ponder on how to promote the overall development of education and people by means of the scientific outlook on development, the harmonious development of the educational cause, and the sustainable development of education and people, thus speeding up the steps from a big country in education to a strong country in education. |
