| 摘 要： | 在弘扬雷锋精神的道德主旋律中，志愿服务活动成为践行雷锋精神的重要载体。志愿服务所反映的“奉献、友爱、互助、进步”的核心价值，体现了公民对自己、对他人、对社会的责任，昭示了社会个体自觉地追寻真善美的人生理想，是公民意识觉醒的重要标志，符合社会成员自主性养成、政治认同感养成和社会治理结构改善等的现实需要。

| Abstract: | In the moral theme of advancing and enriching the spirit of Lei Feng, the voluntary activity is an important way to practice Lei Feng Spirit. The core value of volunteerism is ＂dedication, friendliness, cooperation and advancement＂, which embodies the citizen＇s responsibility to himself, to other people and to the society and manifests his ideals for pursuing truth, kindness and beauty. Volunteerism is an important symbol of the awakening of the consciousness of citizenship. It accords with the real demand for nurturing the independence and political sense of identity and improvement of social governing structure. |
