| Abstract: | Based on the implementation process of the provincial training program for improving the educational and teaching ability of the rural junior high school backbone teachers of mathematics and by means of analyzing and summarizing its training characteristics and effect, and reflecting on its existing problems, this paper provides a theoretical basis and implementing strategies for the training and research on the continuing education of the rural junior high mathematics backbone teachers. |
