| 摘 要： | 随着网络信息技术的发展和我国数字图书馆建设项目计划的启动和实施,真正意义上的数字图书馆已经初具规模,呈现出信息资源数字化、信息传递网络化、服务手段现代化、社会职能多元化、信息收集一体化等特点,本文从软件和硬件基础建设、信息资源整合、读者教育培训、管理服务、队伍建设等方面,就当前图书馆在现行机制和环境下如何推进数字化建设的进程提出了设想。

| Abstract: | With the development of network skills and the starting of digital library constructive project in our country, the real digital library has begun to take shape. It showing the characteristics of information resource digitization, information transfer networking, service means modernization, multiplex social functions and information collection integration, etc. the author suggested the assumption how to advance digital library's process under the current mechanism and surroundings from the aspects of infrastructure projects of software and hardware, information resource conformity, readers' educational training, administrative service, improve the quality of library, etc. |
