| 摘 要： | 基于麦可思公司公布的中国2008届大学毕业生求职与工作能力调查的统计数据,在考虑省际空间效应影响的前提下,运用经典回归和空间自回归模型,实证分析了影响我国内地本科高校毕业生就业率的省域社会经济因素。结果发现,省域城镇化率、第三产业就业人数、人均地区生产总值和毕业生人数都对本省本科毕业生就业率产生积极影响;非211高校本科毕业生就业率在省域之间存在空间依赖性和空间溢出效应。
