| 摘 要： | 学龄人口的变动对教育均衡会产生巨大影响。人口波峰和波谷变化,使得基础教育各级各类学校学龄人口纵向波动明显,教育资源配置紧缺和剩余并存;同时,城镇化和学校布局调整使得学龄人口在区域间的横向变动很大,进而对城乡教育均衡、区域教育均衡和校际教育均衡产生影响。今后有必要根据人口变动情况,加强教育资源配置预测,调整基础教育各级各类学校资源配置,使其结构合理;建立城乡共同体,探索区域均衡发展的强弱互助形式,促进教育均衡发展。
