| 摘 要： | 目前社会秘书从业人员的岗位缺口大和高职院校文秘专业招生就业不理想已是不争的事实。两者之间的矛盾至少说明两个问题,一是高职文秘专业人才培养与社会需求脱节,二是学校的招生工作存在许多现实问题。鉴于这种结构性矛盾,高职文秘专业要加强文秘专业教学改革,社会各界也要加强文秘准入制度建设,这样才能使高职院校文秘专业进入良性循环。

| Abstract: | Currently it is tangible that the vacancies of social secretary, personnel are big and the student employment of secretary major of higher vocational colleges is not ideal. The contradiction indicates at least two problems, one is the training of higher vocational secretary personnel disconnects with the social needs, and the second is there are many realistic problems in the enrollment of the school. Given the structural problems, higher vocational secretary major should strengthen professional teaching reform; the parties from all walks of life should strengthen secretarial access system construction, so as to make higher vocational colleges go into a good cycle. |
