| 摘 要： | 对图书馆清产核资质量在过程文件中的受控从工作进程的计划、实施、检查和改进四个环节进行了研究.笔者认为,过程文件对清产核资整个工作环节都有积极的控制作用,其质量管理的方法论意义亦超出了图书馆清产核资工作本身.

| Abstract: | The article researched the Quality of Library's Books Inventory Check controlled by the process files through four stages of the PDCA.The author considered that process files had the positive functions in the whole work of books checking,and the meaning of the methodology in the quality management would go beyond the work of books inventory check itself. |
