| 摘 要： | 公寓是高校校园文化建设的重要阵地，大学生是公寓文化建设的主体。由于大学生的文化自觉、文化自信和文化自强素养缺失，他们在公寓文化建设中参与度不高，公寓文化建设缺乏成效。高校必须通过积极推进党团组织进公寓，建立健全学生公寓自治组织，不断创新公寓文化活动形式，提升公寓管理服务水平等途径，最终促进学生实现文化自觉、文化自信和文化自强。

| Abstract: | Dormitory is a significant front of campus culture construction in higher colleges. College students are the subject of the dormitory culture construction. Due to the lack of cultural self- consciousness, self-confidence and self-improvement, the students＂ participation in dormitory culture construction is not high and the construction result is not so marked. Higher colleges must press ahead with the organization of the Party and the Youth League to go to dormitories, to build and improve students self-govern organizations in the dorm, to continuously innovate the patterns of cultural activities and to improve dormitory service level. Finally, it will promote the realization of the cultural self- consciousness, self-confidence and self-improvement of students. |
