高职院校实施通识教育的制约因素与对策

摘    要:当前,众多高职院校人文历史文化积淀不深,学生培养目标单一,通识教育出现“盲区”。由于各种条件不成熟、不完善,很多高职院校的通识教育仅停留在形式化、表面化阶段,通识教育课程实施效果不显著。因此,高职院校应明确树立通识教育的目标、理念,结合实际精心构建适合自身的通识教育课程体系,加强师资队伍建设。提高通识教育的质量,设立科学的课程评价体系,以真正实施通识教育。

Abstract:At present, in many higher vocational colleges, the humanity history is not deep,the training objective is single, and there arises a "blind area" in general education. As various conditions are not ripe and perfect, the general education of many higher vocational colleges only stays in the formal and surface phase, and the implementation of general education curriculum hasn" t brought about a significant effect. Therefore, the higher vocational colleges should clearly establish the goal and philosophy of general education, carefully construct their own general education curriculum system in combination with reality ,strengthen the construction of teachers" team, improve the quality of general education, and establish a scientific course evaluation system so as to implement the general education in many higher vocational colleges authentically.
