尊重学生个性潜能差异的教学变革研究——以上海市实验学校为例

摘    要:上海市实验学校是一所以"发掘学生智慧潜能,尊重学生个性特长"为办学理念,以"护长容短""让每一个孩子成为与众不同的自己"为育人理念的集教育、教学、科研为一体的实验性、示范性学校。学校通过对学生行为、思想、兴趣等多方面进行跟踪和记录,发掘、保护学生个性潜能和优势特长,为学生提供相应时间、空间和资源等全方位支持,并运用多种评价手段促进学生的个性化学习,让学生获得充分、自由的发展。

Abstract:Shanghai Experimental School is an experimental and demonstrative school that follows the mission of exploring the intellectual potential of students and respecting the individuality and adheres to the concept of promoting advantages and tolerating disadvantages to make each child unique. Through tracking and recording students behaviors, thoughts, interests, advantages and potentials, the school explores and protects students potential and provides students with comprehensive support of time, space and resources to develop their advantages. The school also uses various evaluation methods to encourage students' full and free development.
