| Abstract: | This paper characterizes a type of normative standardization document, viz., technical conditions (TCs). The properties of
development, registration, and bibliographic accounting of these documents in Ukraine are elucidated. The question of the
uncertainty of the status of such documents in Ukraine and the Russian Federation is raised. Problems are revealed that must
receive attention in the process of creating and using TCs in both countries. |
