| 摘 要： | "双高计划"是继国家示范校骨干校、优质校建设之后,我国高职教育内涵发展的又一重要举措。对于已入选"双高计划"的高职院校来说,目前面临的主要任务是高职院校如何根据"双高计划"的发展思路进行建设与实施。在此阶段,高职院校如果没有非常明确和清晰的高水平建设思路,其很难产生突破性的成果。因此,"双高计划"高职院校在建设过程中应注意建设规划的全面性和局部性,建设内容的常规性与创新性,课程建设的阶段性与总体性,师资队伍建设的形式性与实效性,以及成果呈现的具体性与整体性等方面。只有基于突破性的建设思路重新进行评估模式的设计与构建",双高计划"才能实现从"扩大规模"向"提优提质"真正转变。

| Abstract: | The"Double High Program"is another important measure for the development of higher vocational education in China following the construction of national key schools and high-quality schools.For the vocational colleges and universities that have been selected into the"Double High Program",the main task currently facing them is how to construct and implement the"Double High Program"according to the development ideas of the"Double High Program".At this stage,if higher vocational colleges do not have very clear and clear high-level construction ideas,it will be difficult to produce breakthrough results.Therefore,during the construction of the"Double High Program"higher vocational colleges,attention should be paid to the comprehensiveness and partiality of the construction plan,the routineness and innovation of the construction content,the phase and overall nature of the curriculum construction,the formality of the construction of the teaching staff and effectiveness,and the specificity and integrity of the results.Only by designing and building a new assessment model based on breakthrough construction ideas,the"Double Vovational Program"can finish transformation from scope to quality. |
