| 摘 要： | 本文对36所试办高水平运动队的高校进行了全面调查。结果表明:目前我国高校高水平运动队普遍存在着指导思想混乱;生源经费短缺;运动员年龄偏大;场馆破损陈旧;项目布局不合理;重训练轻文化;教练素质较差等问题。针对上述现状及成因,作者提出了若干发展对策和改革建议,旨在使高校办高水平运动队工作出现新的局面。

| Abstract: | The investigation on top level sports teams of 36 universities in china revealed that many of the top level sports teams have quite a few shortcomings and drawbbacks today, for example guideing ideological is confusion; The quality of coaches is lower; the sports fields and gymnasiams are old fashioned; the age of athletes is fairly high and so on. To improve the situation, the author made many suggestions and countermove. |
