摘    要:体育教师队伍的管理实质就是围绕着体育教师专业素养品位的提高而进行管理。构建一个高质量的体育教师队伍体系,可以实现体育教师专业素养的持续发展。管理体育教师专业素养的原则应该是目标性原则、前瞻性原则、效益性原则和活力性原则。

Abstract:The essence of PE teachers' management is the management to improve the professional quality of PE teachers. To build a system of high-quality PE teacher group is to realize the sustaining development of their professional quality. The management principle for PE teachers' professional quality shall be a target principle, a prediction principle, an efficiency principle and a vitality principle.
