| 摘 要： | 以课程资源理论的研究成果以及《全国普通高等学校体育课程指导纲要》为依据,对健美操课程资源概念、分类及实践特征进行理论研究;结合目前高校健美操资源的现状,探索高校健美操课程资源开发利用的有效途径;并通过实践验证其效果及可行性。

| Abstract: | In according to the research achievements of Curriculum Resource Theory and Teaching Guideline of P.E.Courses,this article makes a theoretical study on the concept of aerobics curriculum resource,its classification and practle characteristics.Combines with current situation of university aerobics curriculum resource,this article probes into the effective approaches to the development and utilization of it.Then,the effect and feasibility are also verified by practice. |
