| 摘 要： | 当代大学生所面临的就业市场特征,主要表现在就业市场的动态性和择业过程的动态性两个方面。针对这样的动态性,大学生在做职业选择的时候必须要全面考察内部的资源和限制因素,才能制订出符合个性特征的生涯发展方向。

| Abstract: | The features of employment environment faced by undergraduates are discussed in this paper.It includes the dynamics of job market and that of choosing process.Therefore,undergraduates must explore their inner resources and limit factors in all-round aspect in order to make the direction of individual career satisfying themselves. |
