| 摘 要： | 综合运用数控电火花成型机床的基准球定位、刀库、C轴旋转及自动编程技术，完成多型腔模具零件加工，验证了加工工艺的合理性，解决了多型腔模具电火花加工所需关键技术，给同类零件加工提供了有益参考。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes and comprehensive uses of the technology for CNC EDM machine reference ball positioning,tool library,the C axis rotation and automatic programming, completes the multi-cavity mold parts pro?cessing, validates the rationality of machining process, solves the multi-cavity mould EDM of the essential tech?nology,and provides a useful reference to the same kind of parts processing. |
