| 摘 要： | 一个企业的财务管理目标与社会责任之间既有契合又有矛盾，本文在把握财务管理目标与社会责任概念的基础之上，对两者之间的契合和矛盾进行阐述，对财务管理目标与社会责任的关系作进一步的说明，并在分析我国企业社会责任缺失的现状和成因的基础上，给出解决这一问题的对策。
