| 摘 要： | 针对我国高等教育外部质量保障体系与W TO要求不相适应的方面,借鉴国际高等教育质量危机下各国高等教育外部质量保障行为,从法规建设、机制建设、信息建设、加强研究等方面提出改革我国高等教育外部质量保障体系的建议。 |

| Abstract: | In view of the aspects that the external quality assurance system in Chinese higher education is incommensurate to the requirements of WTO,this paper proposes some suggestions to reform the external quality assurance system in Chinese higher education in such aspects as law and regulation,system,information,and research,based on learning from the external quality assurance under education quality crisis in many countries. |
