| 摘 要： | 创新是一个民族进步的灵魂，是一个国家兴旺发达的不竭动力。创新是一个由量的积累到质的突破过程，力戒浮躁不入和墨守陈规；是辩证的否定过程，力戒违背发展规律的否定一切；是内因和外因的辩证统一，力戒消极等靠和脱离实际；是内容和形式的辩证统一，力戒刻意创新和纯粹的花样翻新。

| Abstract: | Originality is the torch of a nation for progress a nd the inexhaustable source of a country's strife for prosperity. In this sense, originality is a process from quantitative accumulation to qualitative leap, wh ich disqualifies superficiality and rigid obedience, a process of dialetical neg ation, which excludes negating everything despite law of development, a dialect ical unity of internal and external cause, which prevents inactive dependence an d negligence of reality, and a dialectical unity of content and form, which disc ourages intentional renewal and disguise of the old as the new. |
