| 摘 要： | 科学研究应该以问题为中心。高校哲学社会科学研究工作者应树立问题意识；要不断增强创新意识，提高创新能力，积极推动理论创新、制度创新和方法创新；高校哲学社会科学研究人员应在实践中处理好批判与继承、现实与未来、风险与机遇、相对与绝对的关系；高校要建立适合哲学社会科学特点和发展规律的管理体制，要大力提倡和组织跨学科的研究，要合理地开发和配置研究资源，加大政府财政投入的力度。

| Abstract: | Scientific research should be problem-oriented. The philosophy and social science research workers in colleges and universities should establish problem consciousness, raise consciousness of innovation, heighten the creativity and promote the innovations in theory, method and institutional environment. Be correctly handled in practice should the relationship between criticism and succession, present and future, risk and opportunity, relativity and absolute. Colleges and universities should establish a management system that fits into the characteristics and rules of the philosophy and social science, advocate and promote transdisciplinary research, increase the government investment and allocate research resources reasonably. |
