| 摘 要： | 世界食品贸易发展趋势表明有机食品产业将成为21世纪最有发展潜力的产业之一。本文在对新疆发展有机食品产业的优势条件分析的基础上,有针对性地提出了发展新疆有机食品产业的对策建议,文章认为新疆有机食品产业的发展既要靠政府政策的推动,又要发展以市场为导向的产业化经营模式。

| Abstract: | The tendency of world food trade shows that the organic food industry will become one of the industries with most potentiality.This article analyzeds the advantages of Xingjiang to grow its organic food industry,and then puts forward some specific measures,points out that the development of Xinjiang organic food industry needs both the governmental support and the market-oriented management model by the enterprises. |
