| 摘 要： | 在建设创新型国家进程中,高等教育的发展环境发生了重大变化,必须做出适应性变革,增强科学发展能力.高校要以建设创新型大学为导向,提高与经济社会统筹协调发展的能力和对国家创新系统中创新资源的供给和吸纳能力,为创新型国家建设做出更大贡献.
