| 摘 要： | 高校系处党支部直接面向党员和师生员工开展工作,起着桥梁纽带的作用,党和国家的方针、政策及学校各项决定在基层贯彻落实的效果关键在于系处党支部战斗堡垒作用和凝聚力的充分发挥。文章结合学习《党章》,对加强高校党支部建设,提高支部凝聚力和战斗力,促进学校各项工作谈一些看法。

| Abstract: | Party Branches' work in departments and sections at college involves interest of all party members,staff members,which functions as a bridge.Therefore,how well the bridge could carry out the Party's or Government's guidelines and policies as well as college's decisions at grass-roots depends on whether or not the Party Branches could give their full play to commitment.This paper mainly introduces some ideas about study of the "Party Constitution".These ideas include how to strengthen the party branches at college,how to improve the cohesive affinity of the party branches and tactical efficiency in order to promote the overall development of college. |
