校本管理未必是一朵结果实的花

摘    要:校本管理所蕴涵的理想和价值观是值得追求的。但是,迄今为止,即使是校本管理的原生地欧美也没有足够的证据表明在学校获得自我管理资格和改进学生学习结果之间存在直接的因果关系,更何况,淮南橘淮北枳。校本管理要想在中国大地生根发芽,必须经历冲突、变异、融合的艰难历程。简单地采取一哄而起、一哄而散的做法,校本管理将必定是一朵不结果实的花。理性的选择是将校本管理作为教育管理改革的导向,而不是具体模式。

Abstract:The ideals and values in school-based management are worth pursuing.However,there is not enough evidence to prove the direct cause-effect relations between school's self-control management and students' study results till now.School-based management must go through confliction,variation,and mergence to root in China.Simply adopting the method to rush headlong into mass action,or disperse instantly,the school-based management will be a barren flower.The rational choice is to regard the school-based management as the guidance of education management reform,but not a concrete mode.
