高校人才派遣制度探究

摘    要:随着用工制度的改革和用人渠道的拓宽,高校开始采用人才派遣的用工方式配置人力资源。高校根据岗位需求和实际发展需要,委托社会上有资质的人才派遣机构向高校派遣所需人员,对新进人员实行人才派遣。在分析人才派遣优势与不足的基础上,提出了解决问题的对策,积极建立进出有序的人员流动和人才资源开发机制,优化高校人力资源配置,提高办学效益。

Abstract:With the reform of employment system and employment channels to broaden,many universities begin to use talents dispatching to configure human resources.According to their needs and actual development,many schools mandate the dispatching institutions for talents which have the qualifications to send needed staff to school and make new staff as dispatching people.In the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of talents dispatching,it has proposed solutions to this problem,actively building out of orderly movement of people and human resources development system to optimize of human resource allocation and improve operating efficiency.
