| 摘 要： | 生物多样性是人类赖以生存的物质基础 .中国是生物多样性高度丰富的国家 ,但由于环境的破坏 ,生物资源的过度开发 ,环境污染和外来种的引入等原因 ,使生物多样性受到严重威胁 .我们要全面评价中国的生物多样性 ,持续利用生物资源 ,加强保护区建设和管理 ,建立可靠的财政机制 ,促进科学研究 ,加强国际合作 ,积极保护和发展我国的生物多样性
