| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料调研、访问调查、数理统计、逻辑分析等方法对体育系统、教育系统青年阶段篮球训练组织现状进行分析,得出如下结论:在青年阶段篮球训练组织过程中,在现有体制的背景下,应着力解决人、财、物资源的合理利用、“学与训”的关系等问题。并提出对青年阶段篮球训练组织系统优化与重构的战略设想。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of literature investigation,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper makes analysis on current condition of junior basketball training system in physical education department and education department.The result shows that during the process of basketball training,the relation of learning and training,as well as the rational usage of individual,money and material should be solved.Based on it,strategic ideas of optimization and reconstruction junior basketball training system are put forwarded. |
