| Abstract: | The key to develop the western regions is to develop human resources, which includes not only the introduction of talented persons from the outside, but also more development of local human resources. Improving the cognition of local human resources＇development significance, analyzing human resources＇current situation in the western regions, taking effective measures, doing well in local human resources＇development thus become the key to the abrupt rise of economy in the western regions. |
