| Abstract: | The Sixteenth Session of the Party regards morals as the national ruling policy, and advocates that we should rule our country with morals, which has caused widespread attention. This article expounds the necessity of the construction of teachers' ethics, problems in existence, its causes and definite measures so as to make preparation for the improvement of the construction of teachers' ethics in colleges and universities. |
