摘    要:目的:观察早期针灸治疗对缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者运动功能恢复的影响.方法:用随机对照方法选缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者62例,针灸组32例,对照组30例,评价患者在残损和残疾水平的功能,比较治疗后两组间的差异.结果:初次评定两组间无明显差别(P>0.05).末次评定的肢体运动评定(FMA)和残疾功能评定(FIM)两组间有显著差异P<0.05.结论:早期针灸治疗可以促进缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者运动功能的改善.

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of early acupunture treatment on the motor function of the patients with acute cerebral stroke-induced hemiplegia. Methods: 62 patients with acute cerebral stroke within one week of onset were randomly divided into acupuncture group (32 cases) and control group (30 cases), and then compared FMA, FIM between both groups after 4 weeks of treatment. Results: There were no significant difference between the two groups in the first evaluation of motor function (P>0. 05). But in the last evaluation, there were siginticant difference between the two groups (P<0. 05). Conolusion: Early acupuncture treatment can obviously improve motor function recovery in hemiplegia stroke patients.
