| 摘 要： | 理论的灵魂是思想,思想的刷新才是理论之树常青的根本。《新伦理学》所构建起来的伦理学范畴体系、理论体系和方法体系,以及所由此呈现出的个性风格,均因其思想的人格化与时代性展布。在这里,最重要的思想贡献是对道德、对善、对利己与利他的重新审查与拷问,并在此基础上,考察社会治理与道德他律的关系,揭示道德他律的基本途径,就是全面实施社会公正。
