| 摘 要： | 高职对外贸易专业的课程体系中，法律课程如何定位，成为对外贸易专业教学改革的“瓶颈”之一。要解决这一问题，准确地对法律课程进行定位是关键。法律课程与英语课程同样属于对外贸易专业的工具课程，根据现行法律课程教学存在问题，构建服务于专业课程的法律课程子系，并按照行动导向的要求，科学合理地整合法律课程的内容，开发简洁高效的法律教材，在教学过程中保持与专业课程之间的衔接与匹配，是突破高职对外贸易专业“法律瓶颈”的关键所在。
