摘    要:"课堂进企业"模式是将课堂搬到企业的一种实践教学形式。高职院校要坚持以学生为主体,从工作、学习和生活三个方面立体构建教学实践模式。实践过程中,学生的职业技能往往经历快速积累、持续提高、工作倦怠和稳定提升四个阶段,高职院校应针对学生的阶段性需求适时采取优化措施。工学结合中的矛盾冲突可采取弹性学制、文化融合、职场教育等办法解决。

Abstract:"The Teaching-Students-in-Enterprise" Mode refers to the practice teaching form in which students are taught in an enterprise.Higher Vocational Colleges should stick to taking students as a subject and build the stereo mode of practice teaching from such three aspects as work,study and life.In the process of practice,students’ professional skills often experience four stages of rapid accumulation,continuous improvement,job burnout and steady improvement and Higher Vocational Colleges should take some appropriate optimized measures according to students’ demand for each phase.The problems in the work-study integration can be solved by adopting flexible educational system,cultural integration and workplace education.
