| 摘 要： | 县校合作共建高职特色学院，既可以解决县域经济社会的发展对高素质技术技能型人才的渴求，又能提升职业院校服务社会的能力，也是中高职衔接建构现代职教体系的重要途径，是我国高职院校发展的最佳选择。实践表明，创新办学体制和机制，以中高职衔接为纽带深度融合，共建共享教学资源，面向需求动态发展等等是办好特色学院的有效方法。
