| 摘 要： | 广东省作为全国重点职业教育大省，在实训基地建设方面取得较快发展，政府加大对各类实训基地建设投入力度。同时高职院校为加快实训基地的建设步伐，开始寻求多元化发展模式，并取得一定成效。高职实训基地建设在未来十年应加大投入建设项目资源共享力度，充分认识高职院校实训基地建设水平存在一定差距，以学科特点为导向平衡校内与校外实训基地建设，加大基层教师校外实训基地建设的激励力度。

| Abstract: | Guang dons province is an important base for vocational education. The local government has increased investment on the construction of internship bases in the recent decades. Meanwhile, the higher vocational institutions in the province are also seeking miscellaneous ways to accelerate the development, which turns out to be effective. The paper suggests that the investment go to the construction of internship base that can be shared among higher vocational institutions. It points out that we should acknowledge there is a discrepancy among institutions in terms of the standard of internship bases. We should take characteristics of disciplines as a guide and try to balance the construction of internship base in and out of campus and attract teachers to take part in the construction. |
