| 摘 要： | 网络技术的进步推动了图书馆信息资源建设的发展，网络技术应用的非标准化又使图书馆信息资源建设呈现不均衡性，给图书馆信息资源共享带来了一定的困难。如何统一规划、协调建设图书馆信息资源是当前图书馆信息资源建设中急需解决的首要问题。
