| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查,现场调查法,访谈法等方法,对福州市5个区体育健身路径老年人使用现状进行了调查与分析,通过体育健身路径使用现状与存在的问题,并对如何使体育健身路径在老年人的体育锻炼中更好地发挥作用提出可行的建议与对策,以便更好地帮助老年人通过体育健身路径提高健身质量.

| Abstract: | The paper uses the methods of questionnaire survey,interview to carried on the investigation and the analysis to the Fuzhou 5 area on using the sports fitness way's present situation of old people,then promulgate the old people to carry on the physical training through the sports fitness way the present situation and the existence question,and how to enable the sports fitness way to play the role in old people physical training,at last put forward the feasible proposal and the countermeasure well with the aim of helping the old person well through the sports fitness way to enhancement fitness quality. |
