| 摘 要： | 图书馆的公共性、开放性为突发事件的发生提供了可能性和必然性。如何应对突发事件是现代图书馆管理面对的一个现实问题。危机意识的增强、应急管理机制的建立健全、问责隐患做法的推行是提高图书馆突发事件应急管理水平、减少安全工作盲目性和低效性的重要途径。

| Abstract: | The publicity and openness of library provides access to possibility and inevitability of emergencies.How to deal with unexpected incidents is a realistic problem that modern library management confronts.It is vital to raise awareness of crisis,set up and perfect the emergency management mechanism,and try to carry out the practice of call to account, which can improve the level of emergency management and reduce the blindness and inefficiency of safe operation. |
