| 摘 要： | 我国地方档案规范性文件的制定和施行取得了很大的成绩,也存在一些不足.本文从制定技术的角度对地方档案规范性文件在制定根据、法律渊源与效力、名称、适用范围、颁布时间与实施时间的间隔、形式结构等六个方面存在的问题进行分析.
