CFG桩复合地基技术在矿区工程中的应用

摘    要:CFG桩复合地基技术是一种具有较高技术经济效益的地基处理技术;通过对CFG桩复合地基的特性、设计要点、施工工艺的分析,结合张集矿北区选煤厂产品仓和毛煤仓工程工期要求紧、投资要求省的特点,采用CFG桩复合地基技术进行地基处理;施工后经最终检验和测算其技术经济效果明显,工程造价省,同口径比较比采用钻孔灌注桩投资节省约29.4%,施工速度快,无噪音和泥浆排放污染问题。

Abstract:Cement-Flyash Gravel pile the composite foundation technique is the a kind of ground management technique, which is having much higher economic benefits. Through the characteristic, design to the composite foundation to the Cement-Flyash Gravel pile the important point, construction the craft's analysis, and combining with the characteristics of the north area of Zhangji Coal Mine where is the Choosing Coal Factory, its product storehouse and primeval coal storehouse with engineering work period requesting tightly, investing requesting lower. To use the Cement-Flyash Gravel pile to the composite foundation technique is a very good way to proceed the foundation to handle. After the construction, the result after the examination to calculate is that the economic result of this technique is obvious, the engineering investment saves, identical caliber compare ratio adoption drill a hole to impregnate the stake investment to save roughly 29.4%, the construction speed is quick, and have no noise and the problem of mud pollution.
