| 摘 要： | 我国现行农村集体土地制度已经制约着农村土地权利的保护和充分利用，阻碍了农村经济的发展和社会的稳定。对现行农村土地集体产权制度进行充分改革才能从根本上解决当前农村土地管理使用过程中存在的矛盾。

The reformation of the present land community property system can solve the contradiction that was induced in the land management and use. |
