| 摘 要： | 传统的成人高等教育管理模式已严重地影响了成人高等教育的发展,许多成人高校都在探索与改革现行成人教育的管理模式。成人高等教育要真正走出一条特色之路,发挥直接有效的作用,就必须在教育观念、教育内容、教育方法、教育形式等一系列方面进行全面的组合与改革,以适应当今经济建设、社会发展及个人全面发展对成人高等教育提出的新要求。

| Abstract: | The traditional adult higher education management pattern has restricted the development of the adult higher education seriously. Many adult higher colleges are exploring current management pattern and trying to take reform. A series of combination and reform in the idea, content, method and form of education should be done so that adult higher education can follow the path of characteristics to meet the new demands of the development of the economy and society for the adult higher education. |
