摘    要:阐述了体育院校在背越式跳高教学中的教学方法.根据教学中经常采用的"逆序教学方法"和"常规教学方法"进行了比较性研究,在研究中针对两种教学方法在不同情况下所产生的不同教学效果,以及两种教学方法在课后所反映出的教学特点进行了分析与研究,从而为体育院校教学工作选择一种比较好的教学途径提供一条可参考的教学理论依据.

Abstract:The teaching method of fosbury flop, used in physical education colleges and universities were expounded. Comparative study was made between the inverse order teaching method (to teach the skill of bar clearance first, and then approach run) and the routine teaching method (the bar clearance first and the approach later), common used in fosbury flop teaching. In this study different teaching effects of the two sorts of method under different conditions and their teaching characteristics reflected after class were analyzed and studied. Therefore, theoretical basis was provided for teachers to choose a better teaching way in teaching of physical education colleges and universities.
