浅析健身健美操运动对中年女性体成分和机能的影响

摘    要:通过实验对俱乐部部分持续参加一年以上有氧健身操运动和偶尔参加运动的中年女性进行体成分、肌力和机能的测试,实验结果显示:长期参加健身健美操运动可使体脂百分比下降、肌力增强、心肺功能提高,对预防心血管系统疾病、骨质疏松症,提高身体机能、身心健康具有重要作用。

Abstract:By testing the body components, strength and functions of some middle-aged women who have done aerobics continuously in the club for over a year and some who have sports occasionally, the writer has found that doing aerobics over a long period of time play an important part in reducing fat percentage, raising strength, improving the functions of heart and lung, preventing cardiovascular system diseases and osteoporosis, enhancing body functions and keeping sound body and mind.
