摘    要:行动研究在半个多世纪以来的复兴历程中,虽然遭遇了科学实证主义偏狭的质疑与压迫,但是却以文化发展的阔大胸怀报之以扬弃性的接纳与反哺。研究方法论发展史表明,行动研究在快速发展中已经出人意料地吸纳并融汇了被人视为异质性甚至对立面的思辨研究、量化研究与质性研究,正在超越早先被定位为一种研究范式的限定,实现从保守观到自由观的转身,努力成长为研究方法论的一种当代整体主义形态。行动研究作为当代形态的研究方法论,一方面在历史生成中努力为自身建构逻辑合理性,它以现象学的多层世界观为本,以文化的多元认识论为根,以系统科学的分析—综合辩证法为茎,孕育起了本体论、认识论与方法论统一的整体主义哲学原理;另一方面在现实开发中努力为应用彰显新颖的方法论构成,拓展了有结构和无结构并存而交织的复杂多变的情境问题对象,形成了开放与发展互促而累积的动态系统的具体方法工具,孕育了革新行动、生成知识与培养类主体的多元和谐的价值追求目的。

Abstract:In the reviving process over half a century,action research,although questioned and oppressed by scientific positivism,has improved by absorbing the better elements from positivism and in turn contribute to its development from the perspective of cultural development.The development of research methodology indicates that action research in its fast development has surprisingly assimilated quantitative research and qualitative research as well as the analysis research,which are considered heterogeneous or even opposite.It is breaking the traditional definition as a paradigm,developing from conservative view towards a liberal one and trying to achieve a contemporary holism form of methodology.As the contemporary form of methodology,action research has been,on one hand,striving to construct its logic rationale.It is developing a holism philosophy that unifies ontology,epistemology and methodology with phenomenological multi-world and multi-cultural epistemology as basis and the analysis-synthesis dialectic as means.On the other hand,in practice,in order to highlight and apply the innovative components of the methodology,it has expanded the complex and versatile objects of situated problems with structure and non-structure coexisting,developed the dynamic,systematic method and instrument by the accumulation of the mutual promotion between openness and development,and established the multiple,harmonious goal to innovate action,generate knowledge and cultivate human subjects.
