| 摘 要： | 近些年,社区体育运动开展经常出现权利冲突现象,尤其是广场舞运动,缺乏有效的规制与管控,居民安居权利与体育权利多有龃龉,通过分析权利冲突的表现,解释权利冲突的原因,进而提出冲突调整路径。实现政府力量和社会力量的统筹利用,从实践社区自治、优化社区公共资源配置、畅通制度救济渠道等方面实现利益的动态平衡。
